Depending on your enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, company or business, product or service, city and country, interest in experiences, corporate programmes, memberships or stands, preferred format, approximate participant count and your message.
Where relevant, we ask for your business’s social platform and username or public profile link to understand your offering. You may select “I don’t have social media”. We also record language, source form and page, campaign parameters present in the page address, request identifier, communication preferences and consent evidence, including the date and notice version.
These forms do not request health information, diagnoses, beliefs, financial information or other sensitive personal data. Please do not include such information in your message. Any subsequent service requiring additional information will be subject to the appropriate processing arrangements and consent.
We use your data to answer enquiries, understand your needs, prepare proposals for experiences, Wellness Fairs, Health Fairs and corporate programmes, assess interest and participation in WPS Community or stands and events, contact you and follow up on the conversation you initiated.
We also use it to record and confirm enquiries, avoid duplicates, protect the website and handle privacy requests. The WPS team and authorised collaborators may receive an email summary of your enquiry to coordinate its handling, solely for these purposes.
Only with your separate permission may we send WPS news, invitations, experiences, events, training, membership information and promotional communications. Refusing does not prevent us from handling your enquiry. To unsubscribe, email hola@wellnessparty.co with the subject “Unsubscribe from WPS communications”.
Forms include a required checkbox to confirm you have read the notice and consent to the processing needed to handle your enquiry, plus an optional checkbox for news. Neither is preselected. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically authorise marketing.
WPS uses ChatGPT Sites and its hosting and database infrastructure, Google Workspace —including Gmail and Google Sheets— and Make to operate the website, record enquiries, automate their handling and notify the authorised team. These services may process information outside Mexico.
Staff, collaborators and providers acting on the controller’s behalf must limit their use of data to the applicable instructions, purposes and confidentiality obligations. Receiving a WPS notification does not authorise independent marketing by other brands.
If you choose to register on Nas.io, contact us via WhatsApp or visit a social network, those platforms also process information under their own privacy notices. WPS does not sell personal data. If a transfer to a third party for its own purposes requires your consent, we will inform you and obtain it beforehand, except where a legal exception applies.
Prospect and enquiry records without an active commercial relationship may be kept for up to 36 months after the last interaction. They will then be deleted or anonymised unless an ongoing request, commercial relationship or legal obligation justifies longer retention.
This policy includes follow-up copies in spreadsheets and team emails. Unsubscribe requests, data rights requests and record deletion are handled by the Personal Data Department.
You may exercise your ARCO rights under Mexican law by emailing hola@wellnessparty.co with the subject “WPS data rights request”. Provide your name, a contact for the response, the right or request and information needed to locate your record. You must verify your identity or representation; for corrections, specify and substantiate the requested changes.
We will communicate our decision within 20 business days of receiving the request and, if approved, implement it within 15 business days after our response. Each period may be extended once by an equal period where justified. Access may be provided electronically after identity verification.
To withdraw consent or restrict use or disclosure, email hola@wellnessparty.co with the subject “Withdraw WPS consent” or “Restrict WPS personal data”. Describe your request and provide the information needed to identify it; we will explain the applicable verification procedure. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may be limited by legal or contractual obligations. To stop receiving news, simply request to unsubscribe at that address.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect data against loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorised access or use, and restrict access to those involved in WPS operations and enquiry handling.
The website uses technical features for navigation, form validation, automated-submission prevention and receipt confirmation. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and browser technical data for security and operation. Campaign parameters in the page address are associated with enquiries to identify their source.
We currently do not include Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, whose provider may receive technical connection data. External pages and platforms have their own notices. If we add non-essential technologies, we will update this notice and obtain the applicable consent.
Updates will be published on this page with their date and version. Material changes may also be communicated by email where an appropriate contact is available. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the competent Mexican authority, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
